Magnetic Assembly for filtration of food processing line,Strong adsorption, high temperature resistance, corrosion resis
Description
Magnetic filter components (magnetic rods) are widely used in production lines in ceramics, electric power, mining, plastics, chemicals, rubber, pharmaceuticals, food, environmental protection, pigments, dyes, electronics, metallurgy and other industries, and are used to remove ferromagnetic impurities in powder, granular or liquid slurry raw materials. (Common foreign objects such as iron filings, iron nails, screws, rust and so on)
The filter assembly is fixed in the sealed stainless steel rod housing by several magnet blocks, which can be assembled into grids, grates, cubes, spheres, sectors, circles, etc. as needed. These components can be easily installed into your production line, which is a simple, cost-effective, efficient and safe magnetic separation solution.
We can customize different materials according to the needs of the use scenario to make, magnets are generally made of NdFeB, you can also choose SmCo, AlNiCo and ferrite magnets, magnetic field strength from 4000Gs to 12000Gs, the maximum working temperature can reach 350 °C, the shell is generally made of SS304 stainless steel, higher requirements can also use food grade SS316 material, all have good cleaning and corrosion resistance.
Our company with China’s No.1 rare earth miner Chinalco has a strategic partnership, with a complete production chain and a sound quality assurance system.
Customized needs
To Order, please provide the following key requirements:
1. Performance requirements (such as Remanence Br, Intrinsic Coercivity Hcj, Working Temperture, etc.)
2. Shape and size (drawings are available)
3. Tolerance requirements (please pay attention to cost-effective, to avoid excessive quality)
4.Testing requirements
5. Futures requirements
6.Packing and transportation requirements
Performance
The relationship between the outer diameter specifications of the commonly used magnetic rod and the magnetic strength is as follows.

Where H: indicates temperature resistance; There are six kinds of temperature resistance: (1) N: below 80 °C; (2) M: below 100°C; (3) H: below 120°C; (4) SH: below 150°C; (5) UH: below 180°C. (6) EH: 200°C or less (shown in the table below as the highest temperature resistance of the corresponding specifications). Operating temperatures above 200 °C are rare, and SmCo cores can be customized to reach a maximum operating temperature of 350 °C if required."
